WMS integration

Connecting a robot to the warehouse management system so it knows what to move and where.

Without a link to the WMS someone must tell the robot every job by hand. With it, an order in the system becomes a task for a robot, and the completed move updates stock automatically. This is where most of the time savings actually come from.

Integration is often the hidden cost of a warehouse project. Ask whether the vendor has a ready connector to your WMS (SAP, Manhattan, or a local system), a documented API, and who does the setup and how much it costs.
