Rent a robot for an event, exhibition or pilot
Renting is the fastest way to bring a robot to a stand, a conference stage or a restaurant without buying it. It also works as a test: many companies rent a serving or cleaning robot for a month before they order.
Popular rental formats
Humanoid on stage or at a stand
Greeting guests, dancing, short show programs. Usually Unitree G1 or similar compact humanoids with an operator.
Robot dog for shows and promo
Tricks, walking among guests, photo zones. Unitree Go2 is the most common choice.
Serving robot for a banquet
Carrying drinks and snacks between the bar and the hall. Pudu BellaBot and Keenon robots work best on flat floors.
One-month business pilot
Test a cleaning, delivery or serving robot in your real space before you buy. Ask whether the rent counts toward the purchase price.
What it costs
Rental prices depend on the robot, the city, the number of days and whether an operator stays on site. As a public reference: a rental platform in China lists robot dogs from about $138 per day and an AgiBot A2 humanoid at about $1,380 per day, with delivery and on-site support (Interesting Engineering). Prices in Europe and the Middle East are usually higher because of logistics.
Safety at events
Ask for an operator on site, a fenced or marked zone for dynamic shows, and a clear stop procedure. Media have reported incidents where a demo robot hit a visitor during a fighting routine, so keep children and guests at a distance from moving robots and avoid improvised close contact.

Frequently asked questions
+How far in advance should I book?
For popular dates and trade show weeks, two to four weeks ahead. For a business pilot, allow time for mapping the space and staff training.
+Is an operator included?
For humanoids and robot dogs at events, usually yes, and you should ask for it. Serving and cleaning robots in a pilot often run without an operator after setup.
+Do you rent robots in my country?
We work with operators and dealers in several regions and grow the network. Send the city and date, and we will tell you what is available.
