Commercial cleaning robots scrub, sweep, vacuum and dust-mop large floors in warehouses, shops, arenas and offices. Big scrubbers like Tennant T7AMR, Avidbots Neo 2 or Gausium Scrubber 75P cover open areas. Compact all-in-one units like Pudu CC1 Pro or Gausium Phantas switch between modes and fit narrower spaces. Vacuum robots such as LionsBot R3 Vac or SoftBank Whiz take care of daily dust.
When comparing, start with your floors and how much area you need to clean per shift. Then look at cleaning modes and width, tank volumes, runtime per charge and real throughput in square meters per hour (dealers often quote a theoretical maximum). A dock that refills water and drains dirt on its own saves staff time, and lift integration matters if the robot has to move between floors. Check the level of autonomy too: Pudu SH1, for example, is a walk-behind scrubber with power assist, not a fully autonomous robot.
We list 18 models from 9 brands in 7 countries. 11 have a published price, from $3,999 to $95,880. The low end is compact vacuums and assisted scrubbers; large autonomous scrubbers cost several times more. Dealer prices change, so confirm the current figure in a quote.

Published prices range from $3,999 to $95,880. A compact vacuum or a semi-autonomous scrubber costs far less than a large autonomous scrubber such as Tennant T7AMR or Kärcher KIRA B 50. Docks, accessories and service plans change the total, so confirm it in a quote.
Scrubbers wash hard floors with water and collect the dirty water. Sweepers like Gausium Beetle or Pudu MT1 pick up dust and debris on large areas such as warehouses. Vacuums suit carpets and daily dust, and 4-in-1 models like Pudu CC1 Pro combine several modes in one machine.
Real productivity in square meters per hour (not only the theoretical maximum), cleaning width, tank sizes, runtime per charge and charging time. Also check navigation sensors, obstacle detection, lift and door integration, and whether the dock can refill and drain water by itself.
Some can. Pudu CC1, for example, supports lift access, so it can move between floors on its own once the elevator is integrated. For other models, ask the vendor whether lift integration works with your building.
Not fully. Robots take over repetitive passes over large open floors, while people still handle corners, stairs, spills and checking the result. Someone also has to start the robot, empty the tanks and look after it. How much work moves to the robot depends on your layout.
