ISO 10218 / ISO 13482

ISO 10218 covers robots and robot systems in factories, including collaborative operation (with the technical specification ISO/TS 15066 on contact forces). ISO 13482 covers mobile servant robots, physical assistant robots and person carrier robots that work near ordinary people.

A certificate is not required for every robot, but in the EU you also need CE marking and a risk assessment. Ask the vendor for the actual certificate and its scope, because a claim like complies with ISO may only refer to a component. If people walk close to the robot, this matters far more than speed.
